1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the UAE. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and product type.

2. Delivery Timelines

In-Stock Items

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for eligible in-stock items and selected locations when orders are placed before the applicable daily cut-off time.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for all other in-stock items where same-day delivery is not applicable.

Delivery times are subject to order confirmation, stock availability, and serviceable locations.

Customized Products

Customized items, including branded gifts, personalized hampers, and special orders, require additional preparation time.

The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before order processing.

Installation or Setup Required Products

For products or services requiring installation, assembly, or on-site setup, our team will coordinate with the customer to schedule delivery and installation.

The expected timeline will be shared and confirmed after the order is reviewed.

3. Bulk & Corporate Orders

Large-volume and corporate orders may require extended processing times depending on product availability and customization requirements.

Our team will provide an estimated delivery schedule upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Special delivery fees may apply for remote locations, urgent requests, or oversized orders.

5. Order Tracking

Customers may receive delivery updates via email, SMS, or phone, depending on the shipping method and order type.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier delays
  • Force majeure events

Snackly.ae shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Providing any necessary access instructions for successful delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
